Community Capacity Development (CCD) is a Human Justice and Healing organization with a mission to uproot the systemic challenges by creating viable blueprints to the address economic, social, psychological and environmental challenges in BIPOC communities.
CCD's core values lie in empowering communities by building their capacity to address the complex issues they face. Understanding that effective solutions must be rooted in the lived experiences and expertise of community members, CCD places community liaising at the forefront of their approach.
